Spacious accommodations provided a cozy atmosphere, though the initial chill upon arrival required some adjustment. The breakfast offerings were excellent, with good cookies among the favorites. Unfortunately, the hotel's location felt overpriced for its suburban setting, and an extra charge for parking seemed excessive. Despite these hiccups, the overall ambiance and unique decor left a lasting impression.

Room was spacious and clean, but it was too cold when I arrived. Enjoyed the tv and quick check-in process.

-The internet is very fast, but I had problems to connect everyday. The room service is poor, I asked for a soup at 9pm and they told us its "too late", but in the menu said the chicken work until 10pm. There's no light in the room but two lampshade, its very dark in the night even with all lights on. The breakfast its too expensive.

Comfortable bed, friendly staff, perfect location. The room was not only cozy but also featured boutique touches that enhanced my stay, and the tram stop provided easy access to explore the city.

Very good for saving money, in wasn't expensive at all. It is very close to city center, thus visiting the town is very easy. Clean and good staff. Breakfast was acceptable, but could use more diversity.

I liked the breakfast and the hotel restaurant. The staff was courteous and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean.

The room did not have an ironing board.

The hotel staff were really good. They were quick to respond to requests and were very approachable.

I had dinner a few times at the restaurant. The food was just OK. However, the hotel's internet connection was really low at the restaurant area.

Nice hotel with very advantageous relation quality/price. Sole inconvenience is it's location - however, this was compensated trought good price.

Utilize the complimentary beverages in the lobby and consider dining outdoors in the garden during warmer months for a good breakfast experience.

It was as expected, no fuss, no issues - everything as you would expect.

The lady at the reception (check-out) was not friendly at all. The booked room was supposed to be 84€ (breakfast incl., Normal rate is 81€ without breakfast) they gave me a 73€ bedroom and charge me 11€ for breakfast. At the end the price is the same, however, I would not have take breakfast here if I were aware. The service received is different from the one booked.
